It gives me HOPE : First off, I am not an avid reader; however, I buy numerous books from Amazon, but the cover spoke to me, so with my morning coffee, I figured, "let's see what this is about." Well, I have to tell you that I didn't want to put it down! I love how she writes, sharing the channeled information and her reflections to give us something to reflect on. I had tears when I read about the beauty of all religions where she saw the "faithful" gathering, worshipping the God of their understanding, and there was a single stream of light that connected us all. • 5.0 out of 5 stars from Jenna -- A Must Read! : ‘I Am The Light’ by Patricia Horton has been educational and an important read for me in several ways; there were Biblical references throughout the book. This is important since so many people believe this idea of learning from source to be of the dark side when, it is polar opposite. I feel closer to God, my guides, angels aka The Universe. I like that Mrs. Horton not only shared the words spoken from source but also what it meant to her while encouraging us to define what each chapter meant to us, great for our own reflection! I felt as if she were speaking to and educating ME about her journey, her feelings, how she learned. I am not an avid reader but was called to this book and I found it to be an easy read. I felt like "I Am The Light" really has a unique way of going behind the scenes of exploring spirituality. The author explains so eloquently ways in which we can think about God and Jesus. I found it so interesting to hear her viewpoint of what her experiences were and then the things she heard from the other side that inspired her and allowed her to see the beauty of all religions.
